The 5 Care Values of ComfortCare Homes

Many businesses and organizations create and promote a list of core values, the deeply ingrained principles that guide all of a company’s actions and serve as its cultural cornerstones.* At ComfortCare Homes, our focus on delivering premier personalized care and peace of mind for all those touched by dementia guides our actions, services, and culture. So, it’s probably not surprising that we call our core believes “care values” — five non-negotiable commitments that define and guide our quality standards and expected behaviors for all employees and staff.

Our values are demonstrated by our caregivers’ behaviors, the best employees are the ones who most perfectly align with these values.

— Robert Miller, Senior Vice President, Company Development

Employees and caregivers can expect to become familiar with these care values during the onboarding process, which is thoughtfully designed to welcome new employees into the ComfortCare Homes culture of excellence. “Because our values are demonstrated by our caregivers’ behaviors, the best employees are the ones who most perfectly align with these values,” says Robert Miller, Vice President of Company Development. “We teach these values, measure performance based on these values, and continuously work to demonstrate these values inside and outside of our company.”
